Our G. Clarelli student violin outfits come complete with the violin, bow, case, and rosin, in every size from 1/16 through full size. Getting the size right matters more than most parents expect. Too large and a young player fights the instrument and learns bad habits that take years to unlearn. We size students for free, no appointment needed: bring your child in, we'll measure their arm length and hand span, try two or three sizes, and send you home with the right fit. Every violin is set up by our in-house luthier before it goes out with a hand-carved French bridge fitted to that specific instrument, a well-fit spruce soundpost, and quality Thomastik strings. Our goal is to help make lifelong musicians by giving students the tools they need from the very start.
